Melinda is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she earned a dual degree in Psychology and Social Work in 2000, followed by her master’s degree in 2006. Her educational background has been instrumental in shaping her leadership style, communication skills, and ability to support both clients and team members with empathy and efficiency.

Deeply rooted in her community, Melinda is passionate about giving back through fundraising and charitable initiatives led by Team Caropreso. She is especially supportive of SPAN, Inc.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband Vince and their five children, RVing across the country, and creating unique crafts for the home. Her dedication to her family, community, and team is evident in everything she does.

With 20 years of sales experience on his resume, Danny Markley brings a unique set of expertise to the real estate industry. Danny joins Team Caropreso after a successful career in the automotive industry and time dedicated to directing community sporting programs. Danny proves that exceptional sales and customer service are transverse across all sectors of the workforce.

Danny recognizes that every client deserves a customized real estate journey and utilizes great care in identifying the needs, wants and circumstances that are unique to every client. Helping his clients feel at ease during a complicated, life changing process remains Danny’s guiding principle in assuring each family receive a five star customer experience.

Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Danny is a proud father of two children and a drooling mastiff. You can catch Danny spending quality time with friends and family on the Chesapeake Bay, Eastern Shore or the mountains of Western Maryland.

Lisa, a licensed real estate agent with Team Caropreso, lives in Anne Arundel County with her family where she has spent nearly 40 years. Lisa is a dedicated career professional who has effectively managed human resources for a locally-owned small business which has translated seamlessly into her work as an Anne Arundel County real estate agent helping families carefully address their needs with new home. Lisa continues to eagerly and successfully provide real estate services to Maryland Home Buyers and Home Sellers!

Meet Tim Caropreso, who is a third generation Realtor. Falling in his father’s footsteps, Tim obtained his real estate license and joined Team Caropreso with Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland. Real Estate is in Tim’s blood, literally! Tim’s passion for the industry started over 25 years ago as he recalls being around the buzzing business as a child.

After graduating from Towson University in 2016, he started full-time in law enforcement and has been full throttle ever since. Tim’s dedication to helping others and passion towards the industry, brought him to Team Caropreso. His dream is to help others with their Real Estate needs; either buying, selling or investing.

Tim purchased his home in Anne Arundel County, where he lives with his wife, Elizabeth, and their goldendoodle, Zeke. During the summer months, Tim spends the summers sailing with Elizabeth and Zeke. During the cooler months, you can spot Tim hunting with his father, Vince, or spending quality with his large Italian family.

Bringing 12 years of residential and commercial title processing experience, Jessica Baker is the unsung hero of Team Caropreso. As Client Care Coordinator, Jessica eliminates the added stress of the buying and selling process from each client. She manages paperwork, deadlines and all of the back-end hassles associated with a real estate transaction. 

Jessica is thoroughly trained in every facet of the real estate process and simultaneously supports both our clients and our realtors.
